Refund & Return Policy
We want SHUGY to be the right fit for your family. Here's how we handle refunds.
30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
If SHUGY isn't right for you within 30 days of delivery, email us at hello@shugyup.com and we'll refund your order. You don't need to send the product back — please donate or share it with another T1D family.
This applies to one kit per customer. Multiple-kit orders are refunded for one kit.
Pre-Ship Cancellations
Drop One ships mid-to-late July 2026. If you change your mind before your order ships, email us anytime for a full refund — no questions asked.
Damaged or Wrong Orders
Inspect your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, defective, or wrong, email hello@shugyup.com within 7 days of delivery with photos. We'll replace it or refund you.
What's Not Covered
- Refund requests more than 30 days after delivery
- Refunds on shipping charges
- Lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation (please file a claim with the carrier)
- More than one kit per customer
Refund Timing
Once we approve your refund, it processes to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take additional time to post the credit. If 15 business days have passed and you haven't seen it, email hello@shugyup.com.
